Leading the way in trustworthy, AI Act–ready solutions

We believe AI should be easy to adopt, secure to use, and built around the realities of public sector organisations. That means combining powerful AI capabilities with full control over data, models, and governance, so organisations can create value without compromising trust.

As the EU AI Act requirements come into force, we have taken a proactive approach: translating regulatory requirements into how we build our platform and support our customers. This starts with a clear understanding of risk and obligations, and continues through to how new features are designed, to ensure compliance is built in from the start.

But compliance does not stop at the platform level. To maintain high levels of public trust and service quality, organisations need to understand their own roles, risks, and responsibilities.

That is why we invest heavily in customer enablement. Through structured online learning modules to help us and our customers meet AI literacy requirements under Article 4, as well as hands-on workshops and use case assessments, we help organisations understand how to classify their AI usage, assess risks, conduct DPIAs, and move forward with confidence.

This work has been strengthened through collaboration with AI Act specialist Ley Muller from Values-driven AI. She has helped translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical tools, training, and product decisions, both for Intric and for the organisations we support. The result is a different approach to AI adoption. A complete foundation for using AI responsibly, securely, and effectively.

With AI Act compliance built in and customers prepared from day one, Intric enables organisations to turn AI into real, everyday impact - on their own terms.
